With Marcello Landi, we are offered a glimpse of Ravenna, the ancient capital of mosaic art, through a journey of images and works that span painting and mosaics. His works are the eyes that observe Europe and Africa. A travel journal, made of light paper that becomes the medium for hosting a light, calligraphic mark. They are maps of things seen, fantastic things, and others yet to be discovered. Inks that dart and delimit a space that welcomes and transforms figures. A poetics that is also found in his mosaics. Mosaics in which the tiles escape from the periphery of the support and small actors lean out from the background.
