The exhibition will visually recreate the recipe for cappelletti through mosaic sculpture – the trademark of artist Silvia Naddeo – drawing on Pellegrino Artusi’s handbook Science in the Kitchen and the Art of Eating Well, and depicting every stage of the process right through to the finished dish.
