Proxmité, the Places of Construction

This exhibition, curated by Marianna Alfano and Sandro Malossini, presents a dialogue between nine artists, through works that transcend the restrictive confines of the wall and invade an open space. Nine installations, where the tiles shatter the constrictive sphere that pertains to their narrative and descriptive essence, and where the mosaic interacts with diverse materials, forms, and techniques. An opportunity to discover how a millennia-old art form can reinvent itself and fully embrace contemporaneity, challenging every pre-existing formal and narrative logic.
