Matylda Tracewska -Transizione

A solo exhibition of works by Matylda Trcewska. In this exhibition, the human figure takes centre stage within an abstract, suspended space: Transizione is an invitation to reflect on the nature of mosaic art and its relationship with painting. The exhibition forms part of an ongoing exploration of mosaic aesthetics that Marte Associazione Culturale has been pursuing for several years now. This initiative has already seen the organisation of group and solo exhibitions in collaboration with private galleries and the city’s public cultural institutions, with a view to building a network of connections that links mosaic-related developments in Ravenna with those taking place beyond the city.
