Curated by Cristina Cuttica. Thanks to light, colour has always been the element that allows us to discover the world around us, to move within it and feel part of it, to perceive its existence and essence, becoming meaningful and symbolic, specific to each people, culture and belief.
From the research of two young contemporary artists, Alice Voglino and Anica Kitanoska each with a personal history, a mix of different life experiences, territories, cultures and training, we can observe the mutual creative process that starts with painting and ends with the use of colour in different techniques and materials, combined with a marked individual confidence with colour itself and its application. Young artists who, one through painting and mosaics, the other through painting, sculpture and assemblages, lead us into a world of emotions, perceptions, experiences and universal existential values that characterise us as humanity, presented through the contemporary eye of the younger generations.
