Art Stations. Mosaics of Line 1 of the Naples Underground

The photographic exhibition Tessere per l’arte pubblica. The mosaics of the Naples Art Stations, curated by Giovanna Cassese and Maria Corbi, with photographs by Fabio Donato and Oreste Lanzetta, is dedicated to the prestigious mosaic artworks of the Naples Art Stations, which are site-specific and almost all monumental in character, and to the related restoration campaigns, carried out thanks to the Agreement between ANM and the Naples Academy of Fine Arts / Restoration School to safeguard and protect this public heritage. The exhibition, which sees the collaboration of the Academy of Fine Arts of Ravenna with the Academy of Fine Arts of Naples and ANM Azienda Napoletana Mobilità, aims to highlight the importance of the language of mosaic in relation to public art and at the same time to disseminate knowledge of the artistic heritage of the Stations of Art.
