Contrasts

Presence/absence, light/dark, light/shadow, colour/colour: Elisa Brighi and Evelina Garoni use contrasts of textures and weaves.
With the intention of paying homage to the centenary of Italo Calvino‘s birth, the artisan workshop Dimensione Mosaico presents its reinterpretation of the novel Le città Invisibili, through the exhibition Contrasti. The 55 visionary cities that Marco Polo describes to Kublai Khan, the emperor of the kingdom of the Tartars, will be exhibited in its spaces: 55 pieces of a single work, coexisting simultaneously and individually in a single profound bond.
