Felice Nittolo – Tree of Liberty

On the occasion of the 8th Biennial of Contemporary Mosaic, L’albero della Libertà (lit. Tree of Liberty) – a mosaic work realised by Felice Nittolo in 1997, commissioned by Raffaello Biagetti– will be inaugurated. Recently installed in the park of Raffaello’s former residence, on the occasion of the Biennial it will host some of the artist’s most significant works in the evocative garden and inside the gallery. Nittolo’s works interweave traditional and contemporary techniques. The Tree of Liberty is a large-scale work, an immersive experience that captures the soul of mosaic art in continuous evolution.
