International Award GAeM – Young Artists and Mosaic

As part of the 8th Biennial of Contemporary Mosaic (Ravenna, Oct. 14, 2023 – Jan. 14, 2024), the MAR – Art Museum of the City of Ravenna is organizing the 6th edition of the GAeM – Young Artists and Mosaic Prize, curated by Sabina Ghinassi and Paolo Trioschi, dedicated to artists aged 35 and under who are interested in confronting mosaic as a technique, language, aesthetic and metaphor.

The exhibition is divided into three sections:

Lorenzo Baruzzi, Irene Cesaro, Andreina Cristino, Mila Dobrevska, Miriam Fabietti, Anica Kitanoska, Daniela Iurato, Marianna Massicci, Elena Prosperi, Simona Rukuizaite, Marco Scalcione, Misho Stojanovski, Michela Alessandra Gwendoline Tabaton-Osbourne, Aleksandar Velichkovski, Marica Zanga, Martina Zani, Yu Yu Zhao, Dai Zhiwei.
Works made with unconventional materials and techniques for the Nicola Cingoli Award
Giorgia Baroncelli, Irene Cesaro, Eliana Conte, Elisa D’Amico, Andrea di Giovenale, Jiaming Du, Cosimo Ermini, Isotta Folli, Antea Ferraro, Chiara Gasbarro, Yining Jia, Media Kashani, Giovanni Manara, Aleksandra Miteva, Lorenzo Scarpellini, Gina Tamborra, Silvia Vesco, Alice Voglino.
Artistic residencies in which projects related to the city of Ravenna and its relationship with mosaic are developed, in collaboration with “Constellation – Young Creative Connections,” a project conceived and coordinated by the GA/ER Giovani Artisti Emilia Romagna association, thanks to the contribution of the Emilia-Romagna Region, under APQ GECO11
