Oscar Dominguez – Solaria

Solaria is the new result of important research by Oscar Dominguez (Tucuman, 1970) on ceramic materials, for which earth and fire are primordial elements. Solaria is enriched by the light and warmth of the earth, capable of releasing strength and energy, passion and force, in order to tell a journey and tell about humans, nature, life, in a completely timeless space. A balance of form and matter that brings poetry inside Palazzo Rasponi dalle Teste, whispering on tiptoe, but at the same time with strength and force, as represented by this first and original example (realised in 2000) of the lucky series Solaria.
With the work by the Argentine artist, the fruitful collaboration with the International Museum of Ceramics in Faenza directed by Claudia Casali is thus renewed.
